Qualifications

• 3+ years in infrastructure management or backend software development in a product-driven environment.
• Technical expertise in Python, Javascript, or Unix Shell.
• Experience with AWS for deploying and scaling production workloads.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Ability to work in an operational environment and participate in an on-call schedule.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive assigned problem statements to completion with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while enhancing existing systems and features.
• Estimate timelines for features and tasks while balancing effort, risk, and impact.
• Collaborate with various teams, communicating progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly.
• Seek and apply peer feedback to improve code quality and delivery consistency.
• Support team members and foster a positive, learning-oriented culture.
• Demonstrate accountability and continuous improvement in your work.
• Develop and maintain platforms for deployed software including AWS and Kubernetes clusters.
• Set up and maintain observability and monitoring tools like Coralogix and Sentry.
• Configure and maintain software development tools including CI/CD pipelines.
