Responsibilities

  • Create Weld Map Isometric drawings using software
  • Log welding and inspection data into tracking tools
  • Support the development of pressure testing plans
  • Review and file Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports
  • Collaborate with NDE personnel for job planning and execution
  • Compile and review project documentation packages
  • Conduct inspections based on specifications and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Evaluate weld quality and test welders under various codes
  • Ensure client requirements are understood and specifications met
  • Adhere to Project Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection and Test Plans (I&TPs)
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses and prepare Corrective Action Reports

Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Site Quality Manager to join our growing team in Jackson, MS. This position will involve working outside in extreme weather conditions, exposure to loud noises and abnormal odors, confined space work, and working in areas with overhead activities.

Responsibilities
  • Weld Map Isometric drawings using computer software programs.
  • Enter welding and inspection information into the tracking tool.
  • Assist with pressure testing plans and functions.
  • Review and File NDE/NDT Reports
  • Work with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work
  • Assemble and review project documentation packages.
  • Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance.
  • Test welders and perform weld inspections under varies codes.
  • Review client requirements and ensure specifications are met.
  • Follow Project Quality Assurance Plans.
  • Follow inspection and test plans (I&TP's)

  • Plan and execute Root Cause Analysis' and Corrective Action Reports
