Responsibilities

  • Create Weld Map Isometric drawings using software
  • Enter welding and inspection data into tracking tools
  • Assist in the planning and execution of pressure testing
  • Review and file NDE/NDT reports
  • Coordinate with NDE personnel for work planning
  • Compile and review project documentation packages
  • Perform inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Test welders and conduct weld inspections according to various codes
  • Ensure client specifications are met
  • Adhere to Project Quality Assurance Plans
  • Follow established inspection and test plans (I&TP's)
  • Commit to company safety policies and core values
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and document Corrective Action Reports

Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Site Quality Manager to join our growing team in Jackson, MS. This position will involve working outside in extreme weather conditions, exposure to loud noises and abnormal odors, confined space work, and working in areas with overhead activities.

Responsibilities
  • Weld Map Isometric drawings using computer software programs.
  • Enter welding and inspection information into the tracking tool.
  • Assist with pressure testing plans and functions.
  • Review and File NDE/NDT Reports
  • Work with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work
  • Assemble and review project documentation packages.
  • Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance.
  • Test welders and perform weld inspections under varies codes.
  • Review client requirements and ensure specifications are met.
  • Follow Project Quality Assurance Plans.
  • Follow inspection and test plans (I&TP's)
