Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production or programming environment
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and QA/QC processes
• Proven ability to effectively lead and supervise a team
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across departments
• Familiarity with technical support and troubleshooting in a programming context
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations applicable to the industry

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily team activities and progress
• Provide guidance and updates during regular team interactions
• Coordinate requests from Production/Planning Department
• Ensure programming revisions align with job and shop needs
• Provide technical support and maintain communication with Programmers
• Adhere to the Corporation's Quality Management System
• Resolve issues related to program updates and overlaps
