You will be a Site Production Manager at Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford Operations facility, which is a leading hub for innovation in microelectronics, supporting critical aerospace and defense programs. Located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, our team is dedicated to producing advanced technology solutions that safeguard national security and advance the industry.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Site Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Day-to-day assembly and test operations across a portion of the microelectronics product teams
• Managing manufacturing associate managers, supervisors and a non-represented workforce of assembly and test technicians

Your responsibilities will include:
• Proper leadership of team meetings
• Goal setting
• Ensuring data accuracy
• Consulting on team engagement and performance, as well as evaluating team effectiveness

The overall goal is to motivate teams, align focus with key business objectives, and drive change in our microelectronics shop to promote future competitiveness and maintain a healthy and successful culture. To be successful in this role, you should have a background in electronics manufacturing, with preferred experience in hybrid chip/wire, printed wiring board, circuit card assembly, and general assembly, as well as knowledge of quality processes, manpower management, budget management, and lean principles.

As a Site Production Manager, multifunctional collaboration is essential to achieving success. This involves working together with various teams to meet production goals and deadlines, as well as supporting customer deliveries through seamless coordination and communication. This role will be responsible for leading production across all shifts (including First, Second, and Weekend shift).

Basic Qualifications
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Prior experience in a role leading leaders
• Prior experience as a supervisor and/or production lead
• Experience effectively communicating with internal and external customers
• Knowledge of hybrid microelectronics, PWB, and CCA manufacturing processes and PMT
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / Flow
• Demonstrated experience working with MRP systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicting priorities with complex resource constraints
• Proven ability to receive guidance from senior leadership, interpret it, and flow down to the team in a digestible manner
• Requires ability to obtain/maintain Secret level clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $122,000 - $211,485. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
