Site Operations Manager, Redstone Arsenal

Are you an experienced logistics and analytical operations leader who excels at directing complex supply chain support in a highly regulated Government environment? Do you bring proven experience leading teams responsible for forecasting, demand planning, logistics analytics, data analysis, and process improvement while ensuring contract compliance and mission readiness? If so, this is your opportunity to support Serco North America in delivering critical supply chain optimization support to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal.In this role, you will provide dedicated on-site leadership for Redstone Arsenal analytical operations and direct the site workforce responsible for executing applicable Performance Work Statement requirements. You will coordinate operational priorities, oversee logistics and data analysis activities, monitor performance against Government standards, and help ensure accurate, timely, and actionable support to the AMCOM Logistics Center Supply Chain Management Directorate.

In This Role You Will
• Direct the Redstone Arsenal site workforce and oversee execution of assigned supply chain management, logistics analysis, data analysis, and process improvement requirements.
• Lead analytical teams supporting forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, supply availability, risk management, and operational decision-making.
• Oversee logistics analytics addressing stock levels, demand forecasting, transportation, order fulfillment, supply chain visibility, and key performance indicators.
• Guide data collection, processing, statistical analysis, trend analysis, causal analysis, predictive analysis, and development of actionable recommendations.
• Ensure analytical products, reports, correspondence, briefings, and other written materials are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with contract requirements.
• Monitor performance against applicable standards, including data processing cycle time, compliance, analysis turnaround time, data completeness and accuracy, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing, workload planning, operational priorities, and issue resolution to maintain continuity of site operations.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current supply operations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending practical process enhancements.
• Ensure personnel comply with applicable Army, DoD, installation, cybersecurity, security, safety, and mandatory training requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication of technical supply and inventory information with Government customers and other authorized stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of contractor standard operating procedures, quality controls, performance metrics, and corrective actions applicable to Redstone Arsenal activities.
• Use authorized Army logistics and business systems, as required, to support mission execution and reporting.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in physical logistics operations or leading analytical teams.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in a Department of Defense environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary teams and translating analytical findings into practical recommendations for operational leaders.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics analytics, inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, performance measurement, and process improvement.
• Ability to communicate clearly through reports, briefings, meetings, and coordination with Government stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card and meet installation access requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance for the duration of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting Army or DoD supply chain, logistics, or advanced analytics programs.
• Experience supporting AMCOM, Army Materiel Command, a Life Cycle Management Command, or aviation and missile sustainment operations.
• Working knowledge of Army logistics systems such as LMP, GCSS-Army, STAMIS, APAS, IGE/GTN, i3Log, or authorized material tracking systems.
• Experience developing or overseeing logistics dashboards, trend analyses, performance metrics, executive briefings, and process improvement initiatives.
• Active SECRET security clearance.
