Who are we looking for? The Site Operations Leader is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, deep manufacturing expertise, and the ability to develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
What will you be doing? - Lead all day-to-day plant operations, including EHS, production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics.
- Drive operational excellence in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring throughput, efficiency, and consistency.
- Establish and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute site-level strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Optimize production processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet customer demand.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure high standards of product quality and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
- Lead capital investment planning, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, engineering, finance, and corporate leadership.
- Drive accountability and performance through data-driven decision-making and robust reporting systems.
Who are You? - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant or site leadership experience
- Proven success in managing high-volume production operations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operational best practices
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

The typical base salary range for this position is between $128,636.00 and $192,954.00
