Duties and Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Operations Management
Serve as the site leader for all Puffer-Sweiven personnel, providing direction, oversight, and accountability for field execution
Lead daily operations to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project priorities
Establish expectations, monitor performance, and drive productivity across field teams
Client Interface & Coordination
Act as the single point of contact for the EPC and end user customer(s) team for all Puffer-Sweiven service requests and on-site coordination
Attend and contribute to daily EPC and end user planning and coordination meetings
Ensure all field activities are aligned with the EPC customer's schedule, priorities, and work plans
Planning & Work Execution
Develop and maintain a rolling 3-day look-ahead schedule for manpower, materials, and execution planning
Coordinate with planning and safety teams to ensure all required permits, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and documentation are prepared and submitted
Manage daily work execution to ensure schedule adherence and efficient resource utilization
Permitting & Compliance
Perform duties as the Work Group Supervisor (WGS), ensuring full compliance with site permitting processes
Verify all work activities meet site safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Maintain a strong field presence to reinforce safety and compliance expectations
Technical Oversight
Provide leadership and guidance on the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of pressure management valves
Support field technicians in resolving complex technical issues
Ensure all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and quality expectations
Resource Coordination
Coordinate with off-site Puffer-Sweiven teams, shops, and technical support groups to ensure timely delivery of services, materials, and expertise
Align staffing levels with project demands and adjust resources as needed
Business & Operational Growth
Identify and act on opportunities to expand on-site services and better support the evolving needs or the project.
Contribute to revenue growth by aligning Puffer-Sweiven's capabilities with field demand
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to internal leadership on site performance, progress, and challenges
Track and report key metrics including labor utilization, productivity, and work completion
Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, inspections, and compliance records
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in a technical disciplined strongly preferred. Associates degree would be considered.
Experience
