Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the primary interface between:
• Client Project Managers
• Operations, Reliability, and Maintenance teams
• LTTS remote engineering and design teams
• LTTS Management Stakeholders

Responsibilities include:
• Building strong working relationships with site stakeholders
• Facilitating communication between operational and engineering teams
• Coordinating stakeholder reviews and approvals
• Escalating and resolving issues that impact project execution
• Ensuring alignment between business priorities and engineering activities

Work Intake & Prioritization

Manage the engineering work intake process, including:
• Receiving, reviewing, and tracking engineering requests
• Coordinating Management of Change (MOC) requests and project opportunities
• Supporting prioritization of work based on business needs, risk, schedule, and resource availability
• Maintaining visibility of active and pending work scopes
• Ensuring timely assignment and initiation of approved work

Scope Development & Engineering Coordination

Support engineering execution by:
• Defining and clarifying project scope requirements
• Gathering stakeholder input and technical requirements
• Developing engineering work packages for execution teams
• Coordinating engineering deliverables throughout project lifecycles
• Monitoring progress against schedules and commitments
• Facilitating technical reviews and design alignment meetings

MOC Support

Provide leadership and support for site MOC activities, including:
• Screening MOC requests for engineering requirements
• Assisting with engineering definition and scope development
• Identifying affected systems, disciplines, and stakeholders
• Coordinating required engineering documentation and deliverables
• Ensuring compliance with site MOC processes and procedures

Site Integration & Field Support

Ensure engineering activities remain aligned with site operations by:
• Verifying compliance with site standards, specifications, and engineering practices
• Identifying operational constraints that may affect project execution
• Coordinating work with site planning and outage schedules
• Conducting site walks and field verifications
• Obtaining field measurements, photographs, and equipment data necessary to support engineering design
• Supporting constructability and operability reviews

Reporting & Issue Resolution

Provide regular communication and project visibility through:
• Weekly status reports and progress updates
• Tracking action items, risks, and issues
• Coordinating resolution of technical and execution challenges
• Escalating critical issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Maintaining engineering work dashboards and performance metrics

Continuous Improvement & Performance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by:
• Improving responsiveness and turnaround time for engineering requests
• Identifying opportunities to streamline engineering workflows
• Capturing and implementing lessons learned
• Soliciting stakeholder feedback and incorporating improvements
• Proactively identifying execution constraints and supporting resolution efforts
• Supporting resource planning and workload balancing
