Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field, ideally in supply chain or transportation, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to commit extra hours to complete necessary tasks.
• Valid CDL-A License required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Manager and Regional Director through feedback and reporting.
• Hold team accountable for safety standards and resolve maintenance issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop process improvements.
• Attend customer meetings to build and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate logistics activities with both internal and external customers.
• Ensure all employees provide top-quality customer service.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs with vendors.
