Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring exceptional performance in warehouse operations, customer service, administrative functions, safety, and profitability while driving operational excellence, employee development, and customer satisfaction.
How you create impact- Lead all aspects of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, leadership, and key stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.
- Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, workforce management, process improvement, and resource optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage site financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability.
- Oversee facility operations, inventory storage, equipment, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support business growth, customer retention, and new business opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Retail, Pharma, OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.
What we would like you to bring- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of management experience in a 3PL, distribution, or warehousing environment with P&L responsibility; healthcare or life sciences experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in budgeting, workforce planning, operational management, and driving business results.
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS); Swiftlog experience is a strong plus.
- Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with material handling equipment and warehouse technologies.
