BaRupOn LLC is a fast-growing energy infrastructure and engineering firm delivering grid-resilient systems, renewable integration, hydrogen platforms, microgrids, and utility-scale power facilities across Texas and beyond.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead on-site execution of complex energy and industrial projects. This role is intended for a field-driven construction leader with a proven track record managing utility, infrastructure, or industrial builds involving civil, structural, and electrical scopes.

Position Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for full on-site oversight of active construction projects ensuring safety compliance, schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, and disciplined field execution.

This position requires hands-on leadership experience within energy, infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multi-trade scopes including foundations, conduit systems, mechanical racking, cabling, and specialty installations.
Core Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Project Execution
  • Lead day-to-day site management for utility-scale or industrial energy construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site technicians, field crews, and specialty contractors
  • Maintain schedule integrity and proactively resolve field-level conflicts
Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce OSHA standards, NEC compliance, and site-specific safety protocols
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections
  • Maintain a safety-first culture across all trades
Quality & Technical Oversight
  • Interpret construction drawings, engineering packages, and work scopes
  • Ensure work aligns with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and engineering directives
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to project management and engineering teams
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain daily field reports, progress logs, and material tracking
  • Approve timecards and manage on-site inventory
  • Coordinate material and equipment requisitions to prevent schedule delays
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Support project closeout activities and punch list completion
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of construction site supervision or field management experience
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, utility, or industrial construction is required
  • Direct experience in energy, infrastructure, utility-scale, or industrial construction environments (required)
  • Working knowledge of civil, structural, and electrical construction scopes
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, NEC standards, and environmental compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and multi-trade crews
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, or equivalent)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote project sites


Preferred Credentials
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • First Aid / CPR Certification
  • PMP, CQM, or formal site management training
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
