We are seeking a
Site Manager; Central Fill Mail Order Deployment to lead onsite activities for a full system deployment of central fill and mail order pharmacy automation at a hospital and/or central fill facility. This position will serve as the single point of accountability at the customer site during installation - owning site readiness, equipment receipt, safety and EHS compliance, and operational acceptance through go-live.
This position reports to the Vice President of Solution, Delivery, and Support and will be remote. An ideal candidate would be located in Texas.

As the Site Manager, your contributions to the team will include:- Serve as the accountable onsite leader for all installation activities of the central fill automation system, from equipment delivery through operational acceptance and sign-off.
- Own the site survey and readiness assessment, working with the Site Installation. Led to confirm the facility is prepared for installation.
- Own facility and utilities preparation, verifying power, cooling, and network provisions meet system requirements prior to and during installation.
- Own safety, permits, and EHS compliance for all onsite work, enforcing customer facility protocols and construction/infection control policies applicable to hospital and pharmacy environments.
- Accountable for goods receipt and inbound damage inspection of all delivered equipment; support inventory verification against packing lists with the Site Installation Lead.
What we ask of you:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in automation system installation, deployment, or construction/site management (pharmacy automation, robotics, conveyance, or material handling preferred).
- 80%-100% travel to customer sites; extended onsite presence at the customer facility is required for the duration of each deployment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience deploying high-volume pharmacy fulfillment systems (e.g., central fill, mail order) with vendors such as iA (Innovation Associates), Parata, ARxIUM, or similar is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in hospital, pharmacy, or other regulated healthcare environments is a plus.
- Working knowledge of automation systems (robotics, conveyance, controls) and their installation requirements.
- Availability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as required by installation and go-live schedules.
- Ability to travel up to 12 weeks for initial onboarding training.
