Oversee the Virtual Simulation Operators / Role Players who provide operator inputs for Leaders and Soldiers during joint fires and target training exercises using simulation systems in support of the fire Center of Excellence (FCoE) at the Mission Simulation Center (MSC) in Fort Sill, OK. As a senior operator, must be able to perform all duties of the Operators / Role Players in addition to the following Site Lead tasks: Ensure full staffing and operations IAW schedules, maintain access to and continually update training schedules, simulator usage, certification and training certificates, student data, etc. in the G33 training management system, Training Support Materiel Army wide Tracking System (TS-MATS), MSC SharePoint site, and MSC Outlook Calendar. Identify and de-conflict scheduled events based on priorities. Assist the Director, MSC in forecasting future training course load, throughput requirements, and cost benefit analysis of virtual simulations training. Coordinate with course managers, training developers, and instructors to assist in developing and maintaining CFFT III/VBS3 scenarios to support virtual training in FCOE Soldier and leader development courses, POIs, and Joint Fires Observer (JFO) tasks to include training support packages, operator injects and training aides. Required Education and Experience: • Three years (3) of experience as Team/Project Manager • High school diploma and a minimum of seven years (7) military experience in Fire Support operations and planning • Minimum one year (1) experience supporting training exercise operating the CFFT III and one (1) or more years operating/maintaining an Immersive CFFT III systems (AFSM, UTM, and CASM) • Minimum one year (1) experience developing and executing functional vignettes for and supporting training exercise and operating the VBS3 Clearance Level: Secret Primary Location: Huntsville, AL / Fort Sill, OK WLI provides a comprehensive benefit package, with competitive salaries in a proactive, employee-oriented work environment.
