Overview

Mano Lani is looking for a Site Lead to provide on-site coordination and operational support for contractor personnel supporting the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP). This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at assigned exercise or training locations and ensuring effective execution of contract support requirements.

The Site Lead serves as the local operational representative for contractor personnel and works closely with the Site Manager, Government stakeholders, and operational teams to support Marine Expeditionary Force Exercises (MEFEX), training events, planning activities, and simulation support operations.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced operational and training environments, including support for travel-intensive and short-notice mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage on-site contractor support activities for MSTP exercises, training events, and operational requirements at assigned locations.
• Serve as the primary local point of contact for Government personnel, contractor staff, and operational stakeholders.
• Support execution of MEFEX activities across planning, preparation, execution, and feedback phases, ensuring effective day-to-day operational continuity.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, logistics, and administrative support to meet mission requirements.
• Monitor work performance, ensure compliance with contract standards, and support resolution of on-site operational issues.
• Communicate regularly with the Site Manager to provide status updates, identify risks, and ensure alignment across geographically dispersed teams.
• Support rapid response to short-notice requirements and maintain operational readiness during exercise execution and deployed support activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations support, training coordination, military support services, or related field.
• Experience supporting operational, training, or government environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in dynamic operational settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative support tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior military service or experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps training exercises, operational planning, or simulation support environments.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams or travel-based operations.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior military service or direct experience supporting Marine Corps or Joint training exercises.
• Experience supporting simulation-based exercises, operational planning events, or military training programs.
• Familiarity with MAGTF operations, MEF exercises, or Marine Corps training processes.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed personnel and travel-intensive operations.

Security:

Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
