The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of integrated production, facility, and service delivery systems across the site. This role oversees a multidisciplinary engineering team—including Industrial, Manufacturing, and Mechanical Engineering—and ensures operational excellence in performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control.
This leader drives continuous improvement and supports site profitability, efficiency, quality, and responsiveness across both product and infrastructure lifecycles. The role also includes oversight of large-scale mechanical systems, electro-mechanical assemblies, and facility infrastructure aligned with global and regional strategies.
Lead and communicate global and regional engineering strategies at the site level
Build, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team across industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, and facilities engineering
Drive talent acquisition, engagement, succession planning, and retention across the engineering function
Establish, track, and improve key engineering and operational performance metrics
Ensure standardization and adherence to company processes, systems, and engineering best practices
Lead design, development, and manufacturing engineering support for large form-factor products and electro-mechanical systems, including enclosures
Oversee mechanical design activities, ensuring strong fundamentals in GD&T, tolerance analysis, and CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo)
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, including cross-functional execution, vendor management, and production ramp readiness
Oversee site-wide engineering support for large-scale mechanical and facility systems, including:
HVAC systems, air handling units (AHU), and chiller plants
High-flow coolant distribution networks
Industrial piping systems (4”+), pumps, valves, and redundancy design
Building mechanical infrastructure and utilities
Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and resource modeling based on business demand and historical data
Partner with Lean/Operational Excellence teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
