Position SummaryYou will lead site engineering, maintenance, and technical teams to keep our manufacturing site safe, compliant, and reliable. You will work closely with operations, quality, EHS, and supply chain to deliver capital projects and continuous improvements. - Lead site engineering and maintenance programs to ensure safe, compliant and reliable production.
- Manage capital projects from scope through commissioning, meeting budget and schedule targets.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts strategy, and equipment reliability programs.
- Ensure engineering systems meet regulatory, quality and EHS requirements and global engineering standards.
- Drive energy, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and risk.
- Build and develop the engineering team, including contractors, and support cross-functional site priorities.
Why You?Basic QualificationWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or related).
- At least 10 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years managing technical staff or engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience delivering capital projects, including budgeting and project governance.
- Experience with maintenance strategies, reliability practices, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience in the regulated manufacturing industry, including successful management and support of FDA and EMA inspections.
Preferred QualificationIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biomanufacturing, or highly regulated process industries.
- Experience with automation, controls, and plant control systems.
- Proven track record in energy management, sustainability, or utility optimization.
- Project management certification or demonstrated program delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills.
Location and Working ModelThis role is based in the United States. The position may be on-site or hybrid depending on site needs. Expect regular on-site presence to support operations, projects, and the engineering team.
