Site Contract Manager
As a Site Contract Manager at ICON, you will prepare, verifying, and carrying out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
What You Will Do:You will contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Balance and maintain client relationships.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units.
- Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.
Your Profile:You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
