Responsibilities

  • Develop and achieve account objectives in collaboration with sales teams

  • Support and coordinate local sales teams and application professionals
  • Contribute to major SUT projects in partnership with customers
  • Lead innovation initiatives pertaining to Single Use Technology
  • Identify and implement action plans to advance key account pipelines.

Full Job Description
In this remote-based position supporting key accounts in North Carolina, you will work closely with commercial and technical teams to drive adoption of Sartorius solutions, contribute to business growth, and help customers accelerate their molecule development strategies.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and achieve account targets, including market share objectives, while ensuring regular updates in close collaboration with local sales and key account teams
  • Drive sales growth in Single Use Technology (SUT) by identifying and pursuing new opportunities at customer sites
  • Support, coach, and coordinate local sales teams and application professionals involved in SUT activities
  • Contribute to major SUT projects by collaborating with customers and partnering closely with the Integrated Solutions department
  • Drive innovation initiatives related to Single Use Technology and customer applications
  • Identify and implement action plans to monitor and advance the key account molecule pipeline


What will convince us
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline required
  • 3+ years of successful experience in process development or process | manufacturing support within the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Strong technical expertise in bioprocessing and Single Use Technology, combined with extensive pharmaceutical | biotechnology industry knowledge
  • Ability to manage complex challenges through innovative thinking and structured processes
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial stakeholders

This role will require travel outside of North Carolina to support key accounts in other areas of the US. Potential for international travel for business meetings
