Signals Intelligence Officer (SIO):
Leidos has multiple Signals Intelligence Officer (SIO) positions in Northern Virginia. SIO's are responsible for execution, collection and monitoring of SIGINT operations. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
Key skills for success include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under high stress. SIO's must be able to think critically, multitask and communicate highly complex information accurately, clearly, and in the proper context of a larger effort.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, or other wireless technical collection support to operational missions. Excellent verbal and written communication. Expertise in geospatial intelligence analysis and dissemination of intelligence to diverse mission partners. Maintaining, coordinating and executing multi-mode SIGINT and/or EW collection operations in support of tactical missions. Individuals must possess a valid driver's license with real ID.
Experience: Ability to synthesize data, multitask and work in high stress environments. Able to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organizations. Real time triage for time sensitive exploitation. Sponsor SIGINT equipment and collection and/or integration of payloads onto sponsor platforms. Strong understanding of national intelligence priorities and collection management processes. Data security and manipulation. Liaison with Military and IC.
Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience. Candidates with a Master's degree are highly desirable with 6 to 10 years experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
