Signals Analyst 2

Location: Wahiawa, Oahu, HI | Onsite Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $132,400-$140,000

Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Signals Analyst 2 to support critical government initiatives in Wahiawa, Oahu, HI.

  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance

What You Bring
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with diverse signal sources to extract valuable insights
  • Leveraging expertise in signal processing to contribute to comprehensive mission support
  • Relevant experience must be in signals analysis and/or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial.
  • Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Associates degree with 7 years of relevant experience or H.S. Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military training.
    • Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst (9141)
    • Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst (IN2A)
    • Intermediate Signal Analysis (451/461)
    • Advanced Signals Analysis (452)
  • Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical Field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed relevant training program.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services

Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $132,400-$140,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
