SIGINT Technical Analyst L2 to support critical government initiatives in
Ft. Gordon, GA.
What You'll Do- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Operate SIGINT collection and collection management equipment in accordance with user and position manuals.
- Support Mission Management and Collection Management activities.
- Support the implementation of collection-tasking strategies.
- Provide operational assistance to users during upgrades/installation of new collection systems
- Participate in discussions with Offices of Primary Concern (OPC) and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments.
- Respond to collection requirements received from Data Orchestration Services.
- Support the review of collection priorities submitted by the Information and Intelligence Analysis organization.
- Gather collection related statistics and document operational activities in daily logs and collection summaries.
- Optimize collection activities in accordance with standard operating procedures and government guidance.
- Operate, demonstrate, and provide informal training on current or prototype intelligence systems, either deployed or in test.
- Provide technical assistance necessary to meet collection-tasking strategies.
- Conduct discussions between various TOPIs and other customers ensuring accurate collection assessments are received/shared.
- Participate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Information and Intelligence Analysis.
- Support technical development of junior personnel in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft.
- Provide technical direction and technical support for the development of training.
- Collect, compile, and prepare drafts of information related to characteristics of signals based on Government identification of signals.
- Conduct and document all-source research to identify the communications used by targets of interest.
- Provide collection summary reports, statistics, and metrics via formal and informal communications.
- Maintain knowledge of site capabilities to include end-to-end data flow to help recognize and define collection problems.
What You Bring- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fourteen (14) years of professional experience supporting a military and/or government cryptologic mission. Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government collector, language or Signal Analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
Preferred Qualifications- Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
- Background in process improvement or analytical services
Compensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is
$162,900-$175,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
