Shopper Insights Client LeadAs a trusted advisor, you will: - Build strong relationships with CPG stakeholders and the retailer.
- Train clients to uncover shopper insights that support development and execution of their Customer-First business plans to deliver measurable ROI
- Become an expert at translating customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve the shopping experience
- Champion Customer-First strategies across merchandising and category planning
- Leverage dunnhumby's industry-leading tools and data platform to guide decision-making
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
- 3-4 years in CPG, Insights Provider, or Retailer merchandising dept. roles
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of customer insights and consultative selling
- Familiarity with category management, assortment analytics
- Project management experience
- Skilled in storytelling and relationship building, with a passion for collaboration and detail
