Shopper Insights Client Lead

As a trusted advisor, you will:
  • Build strong relationships with CPG stakeholders and the retailer.
  • Train clients to uncover shopper insights that support development and execution of their Customer-First business plans to deliver measurable ROI
  • Become an expert at translating customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve the shopping experience
  • Champion Customer-First strategies across merchandising and category planning
  • Leverage dunnhumby's industry-leading tools and data platform to guide decision-making

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
  • 3-4 years in CPG, Insights Provider, or Retailer merchandising dept. roles
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of customer insights and consultative selling
  • Familiarity with category management, assortment analytics
  • Project management experience
  • Skilled in storytelling and relationship building, with a passion for collaboration and detail
