DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SHOP MANAGER? - Majority of time spent in shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset
- Partner with a Office manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to shop floor
- Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Manual
- Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
- Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
- Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
- Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place
- Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees
- Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
- Understands business financials and meet financial goals
- Spend time training in each department before taking on Store Manager responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business
HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES- Maintain a Monday - Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body / automotive / dealership industry, or relatable field preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate.
- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
- You must have a valid driver's license

The pay range for this role is:
150,000 - 220,000 USD per year (Omaha, NE)
