Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
• Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
• Identify the resources required for each task.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.

Required Professional Skills:

• CompTIA A+ certification
• CompTIA Network+ certification
• Microsoft Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification
• MCITP: Windows 7/10, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
• ITIL v3 or latest certificate in Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF)
• Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration Basics 10.12
• All Mac technicians must have the following certification:
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.12
• ITIL v3 or latest

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or seven (7) years of general experience
