Norfolk, VA.CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate process or improve transparency for analytics and decision making.
The CNIC N6 SharePoint Systems Analyst will perform FlankSpeed Subject Matter Expert (SME) functions, including managing all applications within the collaboration platform as well as on premises SharePoint 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online.
In this role, you will:- Configure and enhance search services and scopes to provide targeted information to users.
- Perform all necessary tasks to keep CNRMA Fleet Portal and Web systems operational.
- Develop the security architecture and manage access and permissions for several SharePoint Portals.
- Maintain/enhance and troubleshoot/resolve Sharepoint issues.
- Act as the technical lead for CNRMA in regard to web-based technologies; evaluate new products and their suitability for use in support of CNRMA Web objectives; analyze, evaluate and makes recommendations on projects.
- Utilize knowledge of DoD web policies, cybersecurity policies and regulations along with executing CNRMA Information Management policies and projects.
- Design, develop and implement applications, reports, dashboards and automate workflows using Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate.
- Provide technical support on the CNRMA Portal, US BICES Portal, and other CNRMA Web and external networks to increase productivity and communications, and satisfy mission essential tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will have:- An active DoD Secret clearance
- An active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification
- A high school diploma/GED and minimum 6years' experience/technical training related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or other related discipline
- Or a Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of experience/technical training related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or other related discipline
- Or a Master's degree and minimum 2 years of experience/technical training related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or other related discipline
Additional desired experience and skills:- Demonstrated experience with SharePoint administration and development, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation; strong background in systems analysis, automation, and supporting enterprise-level collaboration platforms
