Position Overview

Booker DiMaio is seeking an experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Administrator to support a technology initiative with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

This position will support the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, governance, and continuous improvement of a SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment. The role will work with technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, forms, applications, permissions, and related Microsoft 365 services.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SharePoint Online experience and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint governance, security, and integration with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, permissions, and site content.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and associated components, including workflows, web parts, forms, and applications.
  • Support SharePoint governance, security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint and Microsoft 365 issues and respond to service requests.
  • Monitor SharePoint environment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the integration of SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SharePoint sites, applications, configurations, and processes.
  • Collaborate with users, stakeholders, developers, and other technical personnel to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support testing, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online.
