We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to provide platform administration and end-user support for enterprise collaboration environment. You will oversee the administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure services, ensuring operational excellence, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer SharePoint Server On-Premises and SharePoint Online (site lifecycle, external sharing, migrations, PowerShell scripting)
- Configure and manage Azure API Management and Application Gateway
- Administer Power Platform environments, security roles, DLP policies, and deploy/operate the CoE Starter Kit
- Maintain auditing, performance analytics, and support citizen developer programs
- Monitor application availability and performance; manage licenses, service agreements, and procurement
- Develop and maintain SOPs for operations and maintenance; enforce change/configuration management
- Support FISMA compliance, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement security controls
- Operate Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk (in-person, phone, screen sharing); record and support incidents in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool
- Analyze help desk metrics for trend identification
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of documented enterprise-scale administrative experience in:
- SharePoint (On-Premises and Online) administration
- Azure API Management and Application Gateway
- Power Platform administration
- End-user support and help desk operations
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams and coordinate with stakeholders
Required Certifications:- Power Platform Administration: PL-200 or PL-600
- M365 Administration: MS-102
- Azure Integration Admin: AZ-104
- Security: CompTIA Security+ (or DoD 8570/8140 approved equivalent)
- End User Support: ITIL 4 Foundation
