Job Summary

The SharePoint Administrator delivers creative, customized solutions to support modernization and automation efforts for an energy company. This role is responsible for migration from SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online (SPO), designing and maintaining IT asset management systems, configuring Microsoft-based infrastructure, and providing Tier 3 technical support. The administrator ensures system performance, compliance, and efficiency while mentoring technical staff and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SharePoint migration from on-premise to SharePoint Online (SPO)
  • Design, test, and maintain IT asset systems including tracking, updating, QA, and reporting
  • Configure and support Microsoft infrastructure, enterprise applications, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with analysts to develop projects, visual designs, and improve business productivity
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support and assist Tier 2 technicians in problem resolution
  • Implement and maintain MEMCM, Intune, Citrix VDI, and M365
  • Administer MDM and SAM tools for mobile and software asset management
  • Plan and execute deployments including software releases, OS updates, and security patches
  • Document procedures and maintain ticketing records for all work performed
  • Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to technical staff
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and support organizational goals


Required Qualifications

Relevant certifications
