Jobs in this job family are responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures to support patient care, clinical research, and medical education. These roles utilize advanced imaging technologies-such as X-rays, MRI, CT scans, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology-to produce high-quality images that aid in the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of medical conditions.
These roles are responsible for operating imaging equipment like X-rays and MRIs, ensuring that accurate images are captured for diagnostic purposes.
Represents people leaders (hire/fire authority) with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility. Achieve goals through direct and/or indirect reports.
Manages/Supervises professional level employees within a Job Area. Focuses on tactical and operational plans and strategy with short to mid-term focus. Develops solutions to moderately complex problems, and may escalate more complex issues to higher level management. Ensures that staff is utilized efficiently and daily work projects are completed on time and within budget.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: 3 years progressively more responsible experience required
Licensure: License / Certification in at least one clinical modality (i.e. X-ray, Sonography, MRI, CT, Nuc Med)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The pay range for this role is $106,974.40 - $171,163.20 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
