DescriptionStrategy and Planning- Develop and execute multi-year vendor and category strategies.
- Partner with leadership on vendor needs, planning, and organizational priorities.
- Conduct market research and stay current on vendor and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, standardization, consolidation, and risk reduction.
Strategic Sourcing and Contracting- Lead sourcing, competitive bids, and negotiation of complex contracts.
- Develop negotiation strategies, including multi-year agreements, pricing structures, and volume commitments.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including new agreements, renewals, extensions, amendments, and vendor onboarding/offboarding.
- Drive measurable savings through competitive sourcing, benchmarking, and renegotiation.
- Ensure contracts meet organizational, compliance, risk, and performance requirements.
Vendor Management and Performance- Oversee vendor relationships and commercial performance.
- Monitor costs, contract compliance, service levels, and overall value.
- Partner with business owners and vendor managers to address performance issues and identify improvements.
- Support vendor reviews, performance meetings, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for cost recovery, contract adjustments, and improved vendor performance.
Financial and Value Management- Analyze vendor spending and identify savings and cost-avoidance opportunities.
- Validate pricing, usage, billing accuracy, and budget impacts.
- Develop business cases for contract decisions, vendor consolidation, and new purchases.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
- Track and report measurable savings and value delivered.
Stakeholder Collaboration- Partner closely with organizational leaders and business teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for sourcing, vendor, and contract decisions.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy, and Finance.
- Guide stakeholders on procurement processes, contract requirements, and vendor best practices.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $73.56/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
