This job contributes to Starbucks success by managing the framework, processes and communication for Workplace Solutions supplier sourcing, contracting, payment and oversight to drive efficiency, deliver value and manage risk.
As a shared services manager senior, you will...
• Lead development and continuous improvement of integrated supplier sourcing, contracting and service strategies
• Develop and manage supplier pipelines and sourcing/contracting plans and schedules for the team
• Streamline and create efficiencies in team sourcing and contracting processes, documenting, training and coaching team members through changes.
• Support supplier administration and payment escalations, resolving root-cause of recurrent issues
• Lead development and implementation of a supplier performance management framework, including development and implementation of KPIs and business review cycles
We'd love to hear from people with:
• 2+ years supply chain, finance, engineering, planning, or other relevant experience preferred
• Working knowledge of procurement processes such as sourcing strategies, supplier management, risk management, and key legal terms.
• Experience assessing the impact of change and developing processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures, or methods
• Ability to prepare clear and concise verbal, written, and visual presentations and ability to clearly communicate written and verbally to cross-functional stakeholders & management
• Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment and agile response to change. Ability to persist relentlessly until goal is achieved.
• Strong acumen with systems and data: Knowledgeable in Oracle ERS, SAP Ariba.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
