Full Job Description
The SSC Trainer supports the Shared Service Center by curating, designing, developing, and facilitating training initiatives to support the various teams within the SSC. The Specialist reports to the Program Manager - Operations and Onboarding in Learning & Development and works close with SSC leaders to ensure all training is consistent with company standards and processes. The person creates engaging, customized training for all SSC departments, owns New Hire Orientation for SSC team members, delivers training content, and supports the entire team with content creation that appeals to adult learners. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across a variety of topics • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment • Adapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs and feedback • Design and update learning materials, including presentations, PowerPoints, facilitator guides, and job aids. • Track training assignments and completions through the Learning Management System (LMS). • Partner with instructional designers to provide feedback on content effectiveness • Manage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session execution • Assess learner understanding and reinforce key concepts • Coach learners and provide constructive feedback during and after sessions Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience training and coaching others, classroom facilitation experience preferred • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics • Comfort with both in-person and virtual delivery platforms • Experience in adult learning environments preferred • Demonstrates accountability and a creative, solution-focused mindset Additional Information What We Offer AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including: • Expected pay rate of $75-90K base pay plus annual bonus target.
