- Strong SFDC skills in configuration, customization and development using Service Cloud and about 5-7 years of Salesforce.com experience
- Lightningdevelopment experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to coordinatewith offshore resources
- Ability to perform ticket triage and ongoing maintenance activities
- Ability to manage a project plan through the systems delivery lifecyclefor the implementation of small enhancements
- Liaison between onshore, offshorePOCsand client
- Resolve high priority technicalissues
- Collect requirements from client and analyze them; discuss with clientfor any clarifications
- Weekly status update to clientand Accenture leadership
- Experience in Vlocity, GIT & Salesforce1 are added plus.
