Full Job Description
ServiceTitan Platform Manager

Onsite in Dallas | Frequent Travel Required

Liberty Service Partners is looking for a ServiceTitan expert with a strong understanding of home service operations to join our team as a Technology Transformation Lead.

This is not a traditional IT role, and we're not looking for someone who has simply used ServiceTitan. We need someone who knows the platform inside and out and understands how HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service businesses actually operate.

You'll travel to our locations across the country to lead ServiceTitan implementations and rollouts, solve operational and system issues, train teams, improve workflows, and help our businesses get more out of the platform.

If you're the person everyone calls when something in ServiceTitan isn't working - and you know how to determine whether the problem is the system, the process, the data, or the way people are using it - we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a hands-on ServiceTitan subject matter expert across our portfolio of home service businesses.
  • Lead ServiceTitan implementations, rollouts, conversions, and optimization projects from discovery through go-live.
  • Travel onsite to work directly with General Managers, office teams, and field leadership to understand operational challenges and develop solutions.
  • Configure and optimize ServiceTitan workflows, business units, job types, forms, tags, permissions, settings, and other administrative functions.
  • Evaluate workflows across call booking, dispatch, service, sales, installation, memberships, inventory, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot complex ServiceTitan issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize workflows, automate manual work, and increase ServiceTitan adoption.
  • Train CSRs, dispatchers, managers, technicians, sales teams, and leadership on ServiceTitan processes and best practices.
  • Build and improve ServiceTitan reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data standards.
  • Support ServiceTitan integrations and troubleshoot issues between ServiceTitan and other business systems.
  • Support newly acquired businesses through system assessment, configuration, data validation, training, implementation, and go-live.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and documentation that can be scaled across multiple businesses.
  • Stay current on ServiceTitan products, releases, and functionality and help determine how we can better utilize the platform.
  • Support additional technology and operational transformation projects as our organization continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
  • Deep, hands-on ServiceTitan experience is required.
  • Experience administering, configuring, implementing, or optimizing ServiceTitan - beyond simply using the platform as an end user.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or residential home service operations strongly preferred.
  • ServiceTitan implementation, rollout, migration, or conversion experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations, brands, or business units is a major plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan reporting, workflows, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience training users and leading teams through system or process changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand the operational issue behind a technology problem.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from CSRs and technicians to General Managers and executives.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from discovery through implementation.
  • ServiceTitan certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but significant ServiceTitan and home services experience matters more to us.
You're Probably a Great Fit If...

You're the ServiceTitan person at your current company.

People come to you when reports don't look right, workflows aren't working, a team needs training, a new location needs to be set up, or no one can figure out why something is happening in the system.

But you also understand the operation behind the software.

You can sit next to a dispatcher or CSR, watch how they work, ask the right questions, and recognize that changing a setting isn't always the answer. Sometimes the solution is a better workflow, better training, cleaner data, or a better process.

We're looking for someone who can connect ServiceTitan + operations + people and make all three work better together.
Travel

This is a Dallas-based position with frequent travel to Liberty Service Partners locations throughout the United States.

Travel will include ServiceTitan implementations and go-lives, new acquisition integrations, onsite training, troubleshooting, and operational improvement projects. Some projects may require multiple consecutive days onsite.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
