What You'll Do

Location: 4 Days a week, Onsite at our Scottsdale, Arizona HQ

Reports to: Sr Purchasing Manager

  • Own the vendor contract lifecycle for installation, maintenance, and technical services suppliers across multiple field technology programs - manage SOW and MSA negotiations, coordinate red-line reviews with legal, execute commercial terms, and drive contracts through signature and execution
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships across a diverse vendor ecosystem - serve as the primary point of contact for performance escalations, capacity planning, and ongoing commercial discussions with key installation, maintenance, and technical service partners
  • Establish vendor governance infrastructure - create supplier scorecards, define QBR cadence, track performance metrics (quality, SLA adherence, revisit rates), and implement structured performance reviews to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
  • Lead sourcing for field technology services - identify, qualify, and onboard new vendors for installation, maintenance, and support services across camera deployment, interview room, and fleet programs; negotiate pricing and service terms; manage flexible onboarding models as program requirements evolve
  • Develop pricing and spend visibility tools - build and maintain interactive pricing maps, tracking dashboards, and cost analysis tools in partnership with finance to provide transparency to program leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with PSO field operations, legal, finance, engineering, and program leadership to translate operational needs into sourcing strategy, manage supplier risk, and ensure vendor performance aligns with program SLAs
  • Drive cost reduction and risk mitigation - analyze vendor pricing structures, negotiate ongoing cost improvements, and identify supply chain risks in distributed, multi-vendor service delivery models
