Services Enablement Project Manager
Description -The Enablement Project Manager (PM) is responsible for strategically engaging in the development, implementation, and governance within the launch lifecycle framework as new and/or improved HPS offerings are conceived. The PM will work closely with others in the organization to own and drive launch activity and projects for HPS, as well, possess the business intelligence and flexibility to identify and solve for unplanned / new situations as they arise.
The PM's work requires extensive collaboration with partners in Product/Portfolio, Global Support leadership, Finance, and other cross-org teams to ensure alignment, launch readiness, and success. The ideal PM should be(come) a subject matter expert on HPS Services offerings and the customer journey, skillful engagement and influence with partners, stakeholders, and leadership, to ensure our customers are well-supported, and establishing strong program rigor for end-to-end execution.
This role is in a high-paced environment that requires strategic thinking while defining specific tactics to get the job done. Candidate should thrive in a culture of creativity, enjoy creating clarity from ambiguity, and be energized by taking on new challenges. This is a global role and requires candidate to interface with cross-functional teams globally.
Responsibilities• Accountable for management and delivery of enablement planning and launch activities, driving cross-functional and leader-level alignment, generating clarity and partnering with peer organizations to remove barriers.
• Develop project plans to track activity, timelines, obstacles, and dependencies.
• Effective generation and dispersion of project progress and risk to relevant stakeholders and leadership, to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Communicate program updates to broad audiences, up through executive leadership.
• Craft compelling executive presentations for program visibility and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to drive improvement in current processes and be a thought leader for enabling process efficiency and champion ideas for change.
• Build trusted and strong working relationships with all partners and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-market collaboration to ensure workstream alignment and accountability.
• Partner with colleagues and leadership on strategies to support unique / complex solution introductions/launches.
Education & Experience Recommended• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Typically, 5+ years to establish proven track record in Project Management, with proven ability to lead and deliver on strategic and tactical objectives.
• Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.
Preferred CertificationsAgile or PMP
Knowledge & Skills• Strong knowledge of contractual and transactional business models: support tools, systems, processes, and common challenges.
• Strong knowledge of Managed or Professional Services offerings and processes.
• Consultative approach with strong problem-solving ability, ability to lead strategic business decisions, and deliver with minimal direct supervision.
• Critical thinker, resourceful and proficient in risk and issue management.
• Highly organized, great attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through, prioritizing across multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting demands.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, receptive listening and collaboration, with advanced ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to all levels.
• Strong demonstration of leadership and influencing skills and effective management of stakeholder expectations with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Accountable team player, working effectively in a fast-paced environment with a geographically dispersed team.
• Curious, proactive and works with a beginner's mindset for continuous improvements to the program and customer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of company organization and policies, HPWS services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $110,300.00 - $159,950.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
