Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location: Markham, ON (Remote)
Job Description:
End to ServiceNow analysis platform and module architecture requirement gathering stakeholder management
Lead the development and support of ServiceNow provide guidance training and support to IT and business stakeholders
Participate in the research analysis and development of ServiceNow custom applications and out of the box modules in IT Service Management or other modules of ServiceNow
Hands on Experience in ITSM ITOM ITAM CMDB etc
8 years ServiceNow specific experience
In depth understanding of technical architecture of ServiceNow
Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities
Sound handson experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations
Custom app development experience
Application ServiceNow Performance tuning experience
Follows Best practices in ServiceNow development activitiescoding
Must have played a customer facing role with deep involvement in technical discussions
Should be strong functional and technical with all core modules of ServiceNow and integrations
Good communication skills
ServiceNow Admin certification preferred
ServiceNow Implementation certification preferred
ITILF preferred
