You Are:We are looking for a dynamic and technically accomplished ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our pre-sales team. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle - partnering with account executives to qualify opportunities, lead discovery sessions, craft tailored solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of our ServiceNow practice. You will be a trusted advisor to prospective customers, translating their business challenges into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
The Work:Partner with sales teams to drive new business by providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process
Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with prospective clients across all levels, including C-suite executives
Design and present tailored ServiceNow solution architectures that align to client business outcomes
Develop and present technical proposals, solution overviews, and responses to RFPs/RFIs
Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and integration patterns
Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handoffs post-sale
Stay current on ServiceNow product releases, roadmap updates, and industry trends
Contribute to the development of reusable pre-sales assets such as solution templates and case studies
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow functional and technical experience required, including demonstrated ability to design and present enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across one or more product lines (ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, SPM, SecOps, etc.) AND Understanding of ServiceNow architecture principles including integration, data modeling, and platform governance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Professional Skills Requirements- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus points if you have- Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and/or ServiceNow certifications
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and enterprise IT frameworks
- You have external client-facing consulting experience
