Responsibilities

What You'll Do....
  • Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and notifications, including scripting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations
  • Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third party platforms or internal systems, including researching vendor requirements, troubleshooting connection issues, and documenting integration configurations and ownership

  • Participate in requirements gathering and design discussions with process owners, architecture, and platform teams to scope new work accurately
  • Support ad hoc requests, custom forms, and notification builds as business needs arise
  • Continuously build ServiceNow platform knowledge, including staying current on new capabilities such as AI and Predictive Intelligence features, and applying them where relevant

Qualifications

You'll have...
  • 3+ years of hands on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, Design Studio
  • Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations with third party platforms (e.g., security tools, contact center platforms, or similar enterprise systems)
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change) and how platform configuration supports them
  • Ability to independently scope, estimate, and deliver moderately complex technical work with minimal oversight

Even better, you may have....

Consistently delivers assigned stories and tasks at a pace and complexity appropriate to an experienced individual contributor, without requiring significant hands on assistance

Produces clean, well documented, production ready work that requires minimal rework

Builds trust with stakeholders by communicating clearly, including delivering direct answers when a request cannot be accommodated

Actively contributes to team standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing beyond individually assigned work.
