Role :- ServiceNow SIR Implementation Specialist Location: Phoenix AZ - Onsite Role Summary AgreeYa is a global system integrator and looking for an
SIR Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for configuring the core ServiceNow Security Incident Response capabilities using an OOB-first approach. This role will focus on translating the agreed SIR process into configuration across roles, groups, playbooks, routing rules, escalation logic, risk calculator, inbound email, security tags, SLAs, and foundational process setup.
Experience Required Skills/ Experience - 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, preferably with SecOps, SIR, ITSM, workflow configuration, and operational process enablement.
- Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Security Incident Response.
- Experience with ServiceNow roles, groups, forms, lists, workflows, assignment rules, escalation rules, SLAs, notifications, and inbound actions.
- Understanding of OOB configuration versus customization trade-offs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SecOps concepts, playbooks, and risk scoring.
- Ability to work with business and security stakeholders during workshops.
- Strong documentation discipline for configuration evidence and handoff.
- Ability to support a compressed Q4 delivery timeline.
Education Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
