This position is hybrid 3 days per week in our Cincinnati, OH office. We will also consider hybrid candidates in Atlanta, GA. This position is not eligible for remote work. What you'll own - Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, service outcomes, and strategic roadmap
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
- Drive prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams, balancing technical debt, enhancements, and business demand
- Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, expectation management, and value delivery across business units
- Ensure UAT, release readiness, and quality governance are consistently applied, supporting successful adoption and minimal disruption
What you'll bring - A bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Proven ServiceNow Product Owner or BA experience in a large enterprise environment
- Demonstrable experience writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and prioritisation frameworks
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to decompose complex business problems into deliverable platform solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to present confidently to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-changing enterprise environment with competing priorities
It's a bonus if you have - ServiceNow CSA certification
- CIS certification is a strong advantage
