Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires a strong communicator who can translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, while ensuring sustainable configurations and adherence to best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and configuration teams.
- Enhance user experience by leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box features and minimizing technical debt.
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow capabilities.
- Lead and coordinate work across multiple geographies and diverse cultures to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow module usage and integrations aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay current with emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and predictive intelligence, and recommend adoption where beneficial.
Mandatory Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Lead role.
- Hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions and cultural contexts.
Required Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with ServiceNow AI & Predictive Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

The pay range for this role is CAD $120,000 - CAD $150,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
