Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant to support and enhance HR processes using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting HRSD modules while working closely with HR business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Configure, support, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Support HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR workflows
  • Configure HR catalog items, workflows, approvals, SLAs, and notifications
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle events, and employee inquiries
  • Perform data validation, testing, and deployment of HRSD enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues related to HR cases, workflows, and portal functionality
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and security standards
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, admins, and HR teams to improve platform efficiency
