Job DescriptionWe are looking for a
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant to support and enhance HR processes using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting HRSD modules while working closely with HR business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities- Configure, support, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Support HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR workflows
- Configure HR catalog items, workflows, approvals, SLAs, and notifications
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle events, and employee inquiries
- Perform data validation, testing, and deployment of HRSD enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues related to HR cases, workflows, and portal functionality
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and security standards
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, admins, and HR teams to improve platform efficiency
Required Skills & Experience- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience with:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center
- HR Catalog & Knowledge Management
- Understanding of HR business processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee relations)
- Experience configuring workflows, UI policies, business rules
- Knowledge of ServiceNow security roles and access controls
- Familiarity with ITIL / HR service management practices
Technical Skills- ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Workflow & Catalog Configuration
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Basic JavaScript (preferred)
- Integration exposure (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors - plus)
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification - Preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Malvern, PA
Nice to Have- ServiceNow CSA Certification
- Experience with Employee Journey Management
- Experience with HR data privacy and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
