Core Responsibilities:- Develop and customize ServiceNow FSM solutions
- Configure Work Order Management
- Configure Scheduling and Dispatch
- Develop Agent Workspace and Dispatcher Workspace
- Configure Field Service Mobile App
- Create workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripts
- Configure Service Territories
- Configure Capacity and Scheduling
- Configure Work Order Tasks
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations
- Work with IntegrationHub and MID Server
- Support mobile and offline capabilities
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong implementation experience with ServiceNow FSM
- Extensive scripting expertise (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes)
- Experience with mobile field service solutions
- Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certified, with FSM certification preferred
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
