Job Requirements

We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development, workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, and platform customization. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and platform administrators to deliver scalable solutions across the enterprise.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow workspaces, portals, and user interfaces to improve usability and adoption.
  • Develop AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and customize ServiceNow AI skills and automation capabilities to meet business requirements.
  • Support incident, request, and service management processes through platform enhancements and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment activities.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards.
  • Support platform governance, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.


Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2.5 years of professional IT experience, including hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and platform customization.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • Knowledge of integrations, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with source control and DevOps tools such as Bitbucket and Jira.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or government environments.
  • Experience with React, Node.js, Python, or other modern development technologies.
