Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with no required experience; equivalent experience may substitute education.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and scripting fundamentals.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for action design.
• Proficiency in developing Service Catalog and Service Portals.
• Familiarity with data governance through Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM domains.
• Experience with Platform Analytics for performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute requirements analysis with stakeholders to transform business needs into technical designs.
• Develop and configure automation and orchestration capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Create and standardize ITSM workflows through Playbook Experience configuration.
• Develop Catalog Items and design supporting workflows.
• Implement ITOM Event Rules and Alert Management Rules with necessary supporting flows.
• Design and configure Platform Analytics dashboards and scheduled jobs for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance Discovery, Model Management, and asset management processes.
