Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Create and manage business rules and data models
  • Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and standards
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
