Role Overview:This role requires a highly experienced individual with strong hands-on and leadership capabilities in designing and implementing virtual agent solutions, primarily leveraging ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing sophisticated conversational AI experiences, focusing on natural language understanding (NLU) for intent and utterance authoring, and creating effective topic block designs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer.
- Author and refine NLU intents and utterances to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of conversational AI.
- Develop and manage topic blocks to structure and guide conversational flows within the virtual agent.
- Apply strong knowledge of conversational UX principles to ensure intuitive and engaging user interactions.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer.
- Practical experience in NLU intent and utterance authoring.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in topic block design.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in conversational UX background.
