Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with extensive hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, administration, and enterprise implementations. The role involves working across multiple modules including IRM (GRC), SecOps (SIR, Vulnerability Response), ITSM, CSM, and HRSD, focusing on designing and implementing robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute ServiceNow development, administration, and enterprise implementations across various modules.
- Design and implement GRC/IRM solutions, including risk assessments, policy & compliance management, audit workflows, and Performance Analytics dashboards.
- Integrate ServiceNow with diverse enterprise tools such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Qualys, Tenable, Workday, and Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop complex workflows, Flow Designer automations, scripted business rules, UI policies, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Utilize deep knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM for effective service mapping and asset visibility.
- Manage Security Incident Response and Vulnerability lifecycle, focusing on automation and reducing Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR).
- Ensure strong governance and security, including RBAC, encryption, platform upgrades, and compliance readiness.
- Drive Agile delivery, conduct ATF testing, manage stakeholders, and lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Perform data migration using import sets and transformation maps, and develop ServiceNow portals and catalogs.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
Required Skills:- Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and enterprise implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: IRM (GRC), SecOps (SIR, Vulnerability Response), ITSM, CSM, HRSD.
- Expertise in GRC/IRM solution design and implementation.
- Strong integration skills with enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Ability to build complex workflows, Flow Designer automations, scripted business rules, UI policies, and custom applications.
- Deep knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM.
- Experience in Security Incident Response and Vulnerability lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of governance and security principles (RBAC, encryption, compliance).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ATF testing.
- Hands-on experience in data migration and ServiceNow portal/catalog development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:- 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
